By accessing or using femeofficial.com (the "Site") or purchasing any Feme product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Feme LLC ("Feme," "we," "us," or "our"). Feme products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.
• Promo codes and bundle offers may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package. Please review our shipping information on the FAQ page for current details.

Because our products are ingestible, we accept returns only for items that are unopened and in their original condition, or for items damaged in transit. Contact hello@femeofficial.com within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

Content on the Site — including the quiz, blog posts, product descriptions, and downloadable reports — is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEME AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feme LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which Feme LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
